OMG ...... Northcote and Northcote points still rising year on year. They are late starters.
3B brothers ( birkdale, beach haven and bayview) are going from strength to strength... afterall, it is northshore.

Early boomers (boom brothers) like forrest hill, Sunnynook,  are now losing powders.

Chinese Crackers like Epsom, Remuera, Newmarket are missing some foreign cash to keep the crackers going.

Tofu followers at Mt Wellington, Avondale units are facing some bumpy rides and losing steam.


Soon, everyone will party again if blue will come to the party, just need to be patient for the coming 2020 election.

只有 new market 跌了7.4%, 11.4 per cent increase in median value in Wai-O-Taiki Bay and 10.7 per cent in Hobsonville. 而且是 median value 均位价， 不是 average price, 平均价。

不会涨了，因为联排房和公寓大量上市，房价起不来。

如果只谈独栋别墅，还会继续缓慢爬升，里面的道理简单到小学生都懂。钱还在发，利率不暴涨，做梦的请继续一年又一年的做梦去吧。
