现诚邀一位踏实肯干的建筑大工/木工加入我们的团队。您将参与项目从开工到交付的全过程，承担实际施工任务，确保工程质量与进度。您将与工地经理及其他工种密切配合，在日常工作中体现专业性、责任心与安全意识。我们期待您不仅具备扎实的实操能力，也能够独立处理问题、主动配合团队，真正成为项目中值得信赖的一员。 主要职责
- 阅读并精准按照建筑图纸施工。
- 认真完成从项目开工到交付的各项实际建筑施工任务。
- 保证日常的施工质量，并且确保工程进度按时完成。
- 听从工地管理的管理与工作安排，并且与其他工种密切配合。
- 在工地上独立思考，并且主动解决遇到的实际施工问题。
- 保持工地的整洁与安全，并且严格遵守健康与安全规定。
- 及时报告任何工地安全隐患。
技能与经验要求
- 拥有5年及以上商业或住宅建筑木工现场经验。
- 能够独立、精准地阅读和理解建筑图纸、施工详图。
- 必须具备流利的英语沟通能力，能够与团队成员、项目经理及客户顺畅交流
- 因为工作非常注重实操，所以需要您的动手能力强。
- 需要您持有全驾照（Full driver’s licence）。
- 希望您具备独立工作能力，也能很好地融入团队合作。
- 需要无犯罪记录。
- 加分项：如果您还有其他技能（比如开挖掘机、油漆或屋顶维护等）

The Role We are looking for a reliable andhardworking Senior Builder or Carpenter to join our team. You will work on ourprojects from the start to the handover. You will do hands-on building tasks tomake sure the work is high quality and on time. You will work closely with thesite managers and other trades. You must be professional, responsible, and safeevery day. We hope you have strong practical skills. You also need to solveproblems independently and work well with the team. We want you to be a trustedmember of our projects. Key Responsibilities
- Read and accurately follow building plans.
- Complete all hands-on building tasks carefully from the start to the handover.
- Make sure the daily work quality is good and the project is finished on time.
- Follow instructions from site management and work closely with other trades.
- Think independently on site and actively solve practical building problems.
- Keep the work site clean and safe, and strictly follow health and safety rules.
- Report any site hazards straight away.
Skills & Experience
- You must have 5 or more years of on-site carpentry experience in commercial or residential building.
- You must be able to read and understand building plans and detailed drawings by yourself accurately.
- You must have fluent English communication skills so you can talk easily with team members, project managers, and clients.
- You need strong hands-on skills because the work is very practical.
- You need to have a Full driver’s licence.
- We hope you can work well by yourself and also as part of a team.
- You must have a clear criminal record.
- Bonus: It is a bonus if you have other skills (like driving a digger, painting, or roof maintenance).
