Questions:

If an animal management officer visits my property, as a registered dog owner, am i required to give them my personal details and those of my dog (eg. full name, date of birth and cotact details?)

a. no, under the Privatcy Act i dont have to give out that information
6 C9 ^7 q5 x+ `b. yes, failure to provide the information could result in a $750 fine
c. yes, but only if my dog has committed an offence
