Car Sales Consultant – Base + Commission | Glenfield Dealership

About Us:
We’re a locally trusted and growing car dealership based in Glenfield, offering quality vehicles and excellent customer service. We’re now looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our team and help drive sales. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in Mandarin and English, have a solid understanding of car financing/loan processes.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist customers in finding the right vehicle to meet their needs

• Guide customers through financing/loan application processes

• Build strong relationships with customers and follow up leads

• Ensure the showroom and vehicles are opened/closed properly each day

• Manage vehicle listings and keep the yard presentable

• Achieve monthly sales targets with support and training

  
  

What We’re Looking For:

• At least one year automotive sales experience

• Fluent communication in English and customer service skills

• Strong work ethic and team player attitude

• Confidence, enthusiasm, and motivation to succeed

• Valid driver’s licence required
