Sales Prospecting & Client Engagement: · Develop a comprehensive understanding of the company’s products and services. · Actively seek out and engage prospective clients through field visits, cold calls, and networking. · Promote and demonstrate products to potential and existing clients during in-person visits. · Ensure product displays at client locations are well-stocked and organized with up-to-date samples. · Clean and maintain product displays during regular client visits to ensure optimal presentation. Customer Relationship Management:· Build and maintain long-term relationships with both existing and potential clients. · Handle all customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales issues with urgency, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. · Deliver holiday gifts or promotional items to clients as part of customer appreciation initiatives. · Communicate regularly with clients about new products, company promotions, and special offers. Collect payments from clients and return them to the company’s finance department after completing deliveries. Order Management & Sales Coordination:· Receive and process client orders promptly via phone, message, or during in-person visits, ensuring accurate communication with the administrative team. · Track orders, ensuring timely delivery and follow-up with clients on order status. · Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the company.
