The room available is a spacious nearly new ensuite (own bathroom) with walk-in wardrobe and additional wardrobe for ample storage. The picture is a temporary picture as the existing housemate is still there. The room is unfurnished but a large bed can be provided if required. The street is safe and quiet with plenty of off street parking. ( ?. q/ ]" U% y 6 P7 ]6 b8 z* b r4 P( ]There is a shared kitchen and dining area with one or two other female housemates overlooking the lush gardens. It would be best if someone can do simple cooking. Some basic cutlery can be provided for you but you will need your own pots, pans and knives as it is easier to look after your own things this way. There are 2 female roommates and a couple with kids, all in their 20s and 30s. The rooms are well separated and there is plenty of space for everyone so you don't notice the kids. Everything is very clean and tidy and quiet. We are also very sociable and enjoy playing board games and having dinner together occasionally. + a" @& \7 q) f) E) G, L6 M9 k$ h+ o! M. X2 L6 E6 q9 ^
