We are looking for a 6 months Fixed-term Personal Assistant!

MUST BE bilingual of English and Chinese Languages

JobSummary:

The Personal Assistant to the Managing Director willplay a vital role in providing high-level administrative support to theManaging Director of the organization. This position requires exceptionalorganizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to maintain ahigh level of confidentiality and professionalism.

Administrative Support:

  • Manage the Managing Director’s calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
  • Handle all correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and written communications.
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Maintain an organized filing system for both digital and physical documents.

MeetingCoordination:

  • Arrange and coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring all necessary materials are prepared.
  • Arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and transportation for business trips.

Project Management:

  • Assist in the planning and execution of projects and initiatives led by the Managing Director.
  • Monitor progress and ensure timely completion of tasks and deadlines.
  • Conduct research and provide insights to support decision-making.

Communicationand Liaison:

  • Act as a point of contact between the Managing Director and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and partners on behalf of the Managing Director.
  • Coordinate and facilitate communication to ensure seamless workflow.

Confidentiality and Discretion:

  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions.


Weexpect you are:

  • Degree in accounting, management, or a related field preferred
  • Proven experience as a PersonalAssistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role.
  • Exceptional organizational andtime-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbalcommunication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite(Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong problem-solving skills andattention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently andhandle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • High level of integrity andprofessionalism.

Marketing& Operation Coordinator (Full-Time)

Job Responsibilities

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing & OperationCoordinator to join our team. This role is crucial in managing our supplychain processes, building and maintaining our brand presence, and expanding ourmarket reach in New Zealand. The ideal candidate will have a strong backgroundin supply chain management, brand development, and local market engagement.


  • Liaise with suppliers to manage product sourcingand procurement, and conduct Price negotiations and oversee from sourcing anddelivery
  • Support branding activities including develop andmaintain brand-related content, including official website, product manuals,brand visual identity, and brand stories
  • Identify and cultivate new channel opportunities,and maintain and strengthen existing channel relationships to drive businessgrowth.
  • Manage and maintain social media platforms such asFacebook, Instagram, TradeMe and LinkedIn, engaging with local communities tobuild and strength brand presence.

About You


  • 2+ years relevant local work experience
  • Bilingual in English and Chinese
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new work environment
  • Positive, Ambitious, Proactive can-do attitudewith a passion
