Full Time Property Management Manager

Join the property industry with Sunrise Property!

We are currently looking for experienced Full Time Property Manager to join the team at South and East Auckland.

Part time position can be consider.

Essentials :
- Great People Skills (Will be working with team members, tenants, owners and tradesman)
- Great communication both written and verbal
- Ability to be well presented and display a high level of professionalism
- Ability to display high level of attention to detail
- Proactive in problem solving and think on your feet
- Fluent in English
- Full NZ Driver license is mandatory

- Multilingual is a bonus but not mandatory

Key Duties:
- Property listings (Advertising and viewings)
- Monitoring accounts for rent arrears
- Organizing for maintenance and repairs

- Inspection

A high level of trust in our company and adheres to our mission statement.
