职位描述：
通过电话、电子邮件或在线聊天等渠道回答客户的问题和解决问题；
处理客户的投诉和纠纷，并寻找合适的解决方案；
协助客户完成订单、退换货流程以及其他相关事务；

We are currently seeking a passionate and responsible Customer Service Representative to join our team and deliver excellent service experiences to our clients.

Job Description:
Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues through various channels such as phone, email, or online chat. Handle customer complaints and disputes, finding suitable solutions. Assist customers with order processing, returns, and other related transactions.

Requirements:
