Job Description:
Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues through various channels such as phone, email, or online chat. Handle customer complaints and disputes, finding suitable solutions. Assist customers with order processing, returns, and other related transactions.

Requirements:
Good communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers verbally and in written form. Patience and attentiveness in addressing customer needs and resolving problems. Ability to lift and carry goods weighing 20kg together with colleagues, if required in the warehouse.
