ExtremePC is one of New Zealand’s leading Computer and IT retailers, with a goal of providing expert service and solutions to both home and commercial users, and have been doing this since 2005. We currently have three branches across New Zealand, and we are now looking for two people to join our growing Wellington team.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are currently looking for someone to join our growing Wellington store. This person will play a key role in selling, creating solutions, and ensuring each of our customers has a positive experience. In this role, you will be responsible for selling our wide range of tech products, both in-store, over the phone and online, as well as assisting with the day to day running of the store. You will be directly reporting to the store manager, who will help coach and develop you, driving the store towards achieving the organization's goals. Consumer Electronics is a very competitive industry, and the only way to beat the rest, is to be the best.

ABOUT YOU
The ideal candidate will have a passion for computers and technology, with experience in Sales and/or IT support. You will need to display a strong knowledge of both computer hardware and software, as well being able to display an understanding of the skillset required in the assembly/troubleshooting process.
We are looking for someone to start ASAP, and can be flexible for the right candidate.

Ideally, you will have,
-        Experience in a similar field
-        Experience using a ERP system
-        Experience in Ecommerce
-        Experience in Warehouse/Stock Management
-        Excellent problem-solving ability
-        Excellent communication skills
-        A positive, driven attitude
-        Strong time-management
-        Professional attitude and presentation
-        Strong computer hardware assembly and software installation skills
-        Ability to identify problems and troubleshoot hardware/software issues
-        Able to work independently with the compatibility to work on weekends
