Tasksand Responsibilities:
• Retail Sales - Ensure consistent, qualitycustomer service, by assisting them in making purchase decisions and processcashiers to finalize purchasing.
• Customer Service - Oversee the 'Front ofHouse' operation to ensure that all customers are greeted and assisted in atimely manner and that a professional and friendly image is conveyed at alltimes; Ensure a high standard of customer service is delivered at all times inline with company standards;
• Shop Maintenance – Help maintain stock byreceiving delivery, processing labels, stock taking, and housekeepingtasks.
Thesuccessful candidate for this role must have the following attributes:
· Retail sales and customer service experience preferred
· Excellent customer service experience
· Great communication skills
· Patient, organized & well presented
· Strong work ethic, outgoing personality, and a team player
· Being multi-lingual is a plus
· Weekend and Public Holiday worksare expected in a retail work environment
· Able to start early or work tilllate
