新西兰普信移民会计师事务所招聘初级会计（Assistant to Accountants）
A growing qualifiedstatutory accountants firm (CPA Australia) based in eastern area Auckland islooking for an assistant to accountants to join our team.
新西兰普信会计师事务所是新西兰政府注册的正规会计师事务所。是新西兰移民局认证的信用雇主 (Accredited Employer Approved by INZ)，同时也是澳大利亚注册会计师公会认证的注册会计师事务所 (CPA Australia)，是澳大利亚和新西兰特许会计师公会（CAANZ）认证的注册会计师培训机构 (ATE) . 我们是拥有多年的会计经验的优秀会计师团体，目前招聘一名初级会计加入我们奥克兰的团队。会计职业提名(Job Check) 已经获得新西兰移民局批准，事务所可以为符合条件的的申请人担保工签。
Main duties of thisrole:
主要工作职责：
• Analyzing data provided by the client, reconciling bankstatements and GST reconciliation etc. • Completing any registration procedures with Companies Officeand Inland Revenue • Completing business cessation, including non-active companydeclaration • Processing data in ZERO, and preparing of the draft periodicand end of year financial statements in MYOB & ZERO • Reporting the draft financial statements to a senioraccountant for checking and do some changes when appropriate and finalizing thestatements • Preparation of income tax returns for Individuals,Partnerships, Companies, Trusts and Estates • Preparation of client's monthly performance reports, andhelping senior accountant in analyses the key performance indicators • Preparation of monthly PAYE, GST returns, income tax returnsand other returns • Assisting in preparation of IRD review & audit documents • Liaising with the IRD if required, contact the IRD toproactively solve queries and taxation issues • Check ACC levies information with ACC • Advising on choosing right accounting systems for clients’business such as Xero or MYOB etc. • Advise on the most suitable structure for clients' businesssuch as Sole Trader, Partnership, Companies, or Trust • Preparation of a business plan, cash flow projections andbudgets for clients • Maintaining our own company's internal control systems • Any other duties the employer reasonably may require employeeto perform
Requirements of thisrole: 招聘职位要求：
• One year accounting firm's work experience • Candidates have to speak English for their work either now orin the past • Bachelor Degree or higher major in Accounting • The tertiary qualification that was taught in English, whichtook one or more years to complete • Advanced proficiency in MYOB, Xero system and Excel • Excellent communication skills and an enthusiastic can doattitude • Willing to take responsibility and development professionalaccounting career • Candidates need to be NZ citizen/residents or valid work visaholders
