周日中午12点,我们店(还在装修阶段)测试开水机,蒸汽把烟雾警报器弄响了,消防车很快就来了,20分钟就完事恢复正常,但是mall的设置是响火警会把煤气停掉,隔壁cafe的煤气被停到了周一早上才恢复,现在物业告诉我cafe要找我赔偿周日下午没法做生意的损失。
可是这个煤气没有及时恢复是mall的失误啊,难道它停一周我要赔一周的损失?物业还说装修期间contractor要保证警报是isolated,但是防火公司的人装烟雾alarm的时候告诉我他已经isolate了。本来想回物业这不全是我的责任,然后我去看租约,心都凉了:
The Lessee and the Lessee’s customers, contractors and invitees shall at all times
comply with the fire safety direction of the Lessor or of any Authority. If any fire alarm
system in the Centre is activated, other than as a result of an outbreak of fire or for
repair or testing purposes where proper notice has been given to the Authority, and
such activation results from any act or omission of the Lessee, the Lessee shall pay
to the Lessor any costs and expenses incurred by or levied upon the Lessor because
of such activation.
就算我说我不赔,房东去赔偿cafe然后来找我要钱不是也一样....律师能不能解答一下万分感谢
