Sunny room available in Fairview Heights (5 mins drive to Albany Mall) from September 24th * the room is $156 pw and bills usually come to about $22 pw. This room shares a large bathroom with two other people, and we have plenty of shared living space (including a massive kitchen). The other flatmates are young professionals in their 20s.
