Office & Warehouse support role

SSA Wheels and Tyres Limited is based in East Tamaki, Auckland. We are an importer and wholesaler of wheels and tyres accessories around NewZealand.

We are looking for a full time Office & Warehouse Support staff to:-

•         handle customers’ orders through incoming phone calls, emails, text messages or walk-in

•         process customers orders and collect payment when required

•         ensure customers’ orders are delivered by liaising with courier/freight companies

•         provide support to the warehouse involving order picking for walk-in customers

  
  

Key attributes:

•         Minimum a year experience in an administration role
  

•         Good communication skills in English and Mandarin         

•         Be physically fit as the role requires some hands on assistance in the warehouse
