The accounts coordinator will involve looking after the entire accounts function, including but not limited to: checking and processing sales transactions, accounts payable, accounts receivable, TrustAccount Reconciliation, bank reconciliations, monthly reports, IRD compliance, GST return, Wages and PAYE,commission reconciliations and production of working papers and reconciliations for the external accountant, etc
Skills and Knowledge: - Possess an accounting/commerce degree. - At least 1 year of proven professional accounting experience in a similar role. - Can-do attitude - Confidence in problem-solving and accounts reconciliation. - Well organized and flexible in a fast-paced and changing environment. - Strong attention to detail. - Professional communication skills. - Skills in MS Office, Xero. Experience in real estate would be preferred, but not a must. Fluent in English and mandarin
