最后三水改革,现在前期估价很模糊,1850亿或者“几千亿”,最后很可能是万亿级工程。
奥克兰 1.5万人口, CRL花费 200亿的话,人均 1.3万。每户差不多5万,这些钱大部分都是地税支付的。
如果北岸隧道成本150亿,每天20万车流量,每车收费10元,150亿至少要收20年才回本。

- 2014 Begin tender process for project
- 2015–20 Construction
- 2020/21 CRL opens[57]
This timeline will not be adhered to, as completion has been rescheduled to early 2024
