Qualities and skills the ideal candidate will have are:

• Chinese speaker - With over 90% of your new portfolio being non-English speakers -  fluency in Chinese will be highly advantageous.
• Previous property management experience is essential, you will have a well-rounded knowledge and expertise in the field of residential property management
• Sound understanding of property management software and systems
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
• Be customer service oriented and have a professional attitude
• Proven experience working in a deadline-driven environment
• A current Full New Zealand driver's license
