We are a design-orientated architectural studio based in Ellerslie, predominantly on high end residential, medium & high density developments, and occasional commercial projects.

We are looking for the following qualities:

• Strong Archi Cad skills.
• Solid local experience in BC documentation on terraced houses, apartments & light commercial autonomously.
• Familiar with NZ3604 and local Building Code
• Competence in technical detailing & application of local products
• Able to singly handle H1 report, spec writing, BC application, RFI response, up to BC approval
• Professional presentation with strong communication and people skills
