Mobie is a leading retail store with a unique twist. We provide a huge range of mobile and tablet accessories, as well as offer high quality repair services. We currently have stores located in Newmarket, Sylvia Park, St. Lukes ,Henderson, Royal Oak malls and Albany. We are expanding to Westfield Riccarton Christchurch very soon, and are seeking Shop Assistants and technicians to join our team.
About the Role: You will: Provide excellent customer service to our clientsHave an interest in technology and keep up with the latest products on the marketEducate customers about features and benefits of our products. Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales targets and our regular competitions.On-the-job training for personal and professional development About You : Be a team player, but can also work well independently Have experience working in a customer service/sales environment (preferred, not essential)Excellent interpersonal and communications skills Have great time management and organization skillsBe available to work at least 3 days a week (there is some weekend work and daytime shifts, so flexibility with working hours is a must)
