Job Description (Assistant Accountant)· Good computer skills, efficiency at data entry, excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office would be an advantage, proficiency in Xero
· Transactional processes on a day to day basis
· Bank reconciliations
· Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
· Monthly balance sheet reconciliation
· Two monthly GST preparation
· Monthly management report preparation
· Assist with external accountant, internal and external auditor
· Maintaining internal control systems
· Maintaining accounting systems, and the application of computer-based accounting systems
· Assisting in formulating budgetary and costing
· Examining operating costs and organisations' income and expenditure
· Perform month end stocktake and reconciliation
· Assisting the team with filing when required
· Assist with other enquires when necessary
