We work hard to create great experiences and drive positive change in the communities we serve, especially in the shortage of housing supply. We are based on Henderson, Auckland. Due to expansion of business, we are currently looking to fill a vacancy at the CRM specialist position who will be responsible for executing core elements of our direct communications strategy - attracting the attention of customers; driving interest in buying our products and services and maintain the relationship with customer before/after-sales.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
Evaluating and optimizing marketing and pricing strategies.
Working with internal design teams to craft and create content & social media strategies. Providing commercial channel management, including managing project website, organising public/sales events, monitoring online Ads and social media channels, etc.
Working with internal and external teams to develop, plan and execute PR strategies that drive brand awareness and engagement. Maintaining great communication with all internal departments and external stakeholders (Media Company, advertising agency, creative agency, sales agency, etc).
Continually identify and drive opportunities to increase personalisation, customer engagement and incremental sales across all digital platforms.
Build email creative via agreed templates and utilising HTML/CSS.
TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE:
A tertiary qualification in a related field (sales, marketing).
Minimum 1 years marketing communications experience creating and managing campaigns
CSS and HTML skills as well as proficiency with AMPscript (preferred)
Proven ability to motivate teams within a collaborative AGILE environment
Experience working with customer databases and/or complex data with a solid understanding of segmentation andtargeting
Strong verbal and written communication. Excellent spelling and grammar, accuracy and attention todetail including good copy writing skills.
