Based in our East Tamaki head office, this position is fulltime,operating on rotating shifts between 8am and 8pm (40 hours per week), andincludes; · Answering inbound customercalls · Providing excellent customerservice · Taking ownership to resolvecustomer queries · Meeting daily sales targets · Making outbound sales calls toexisting customers
Prior experience in a Call Centre environment is preferred but notrequired, as we provide extensive training and ongoing support. The mostimportant thing is that you personally appreciate and recognise what greatcustomer service is.
