4. 离Auckland CBD最近的Townhouse，卧室与厨房分楼层，
空间比一般小公寓或studio更独立和宽敞，挑高式天花，不压抑（见图）
6. 房屋结构（见图）：3房2卫；
一楼：车库，洗衣间，房间x1，带独立卫浴，后院；
二楼：客厅，厨房，阳台；
三楼：房间x2，卫浴x1；

7. 出租的是三楼的其中一个房间，带窗带家具，屋顶挑高（见图）
8. 需要与三楼的另一个房间使用同一个卫浴，卫浴每周做卫生清洁
9. 全屋满租只住三人，现室友稳定简单：
一个Kiwi 大姐，梅西心理学研究生，已住2年
一个纽籍华裔大哥，律师&桥梁设计师，已住4年

Q&A:

1.
Q：请问招收双人couple吗？
A：对不起，我们不喜欢房子里人太多，或拥挤，或太杂乱，因此我们不招收couple。室友们一般也不带人留宿过夜，常住房子里的最多3人。另外，我们也不招收印度裔男或中东裔男，非常抱歉。

2.
Q：请问可以使用车库吗？有地方停车吗？
A：对不起，华裔大哥在用车库，如果平时需要搭顺风车去商场购物，可以提前招呼。小区有visitor carpark，可以停三个小时。小区周围路边可以停车，6PM-8AM或周末免费。小区正对面的一条街，有10个长期免费车位，需要先占先得。

Q：这个小区安全吗？房屋状况好吗？房间跟图片差别大吗？
A：Parnell是Auckland的富人区，这个小区的居民也素质高。房子位于小区正中心，前后铁路或公路的噪音都被挡住了。另外房子在4年前刚翻新重建，精装修，厚地毯，镜面厨墙，现代卫浴。房间图片是半年前照的，没有PS。

Q：能多介绍一下现在的室友吗？
A：kiwi大姐和华裔大哥都30出头，人很nice，成熟直爽，不是Party喝酒疯玩的年轻类型，安静整洁注重个人空间，平时除了简单煮食，基本见不着人。Kiwi大姐住在楼下带独立卫浴的房间，平时宅着看Neflix和上网课，每月不定时回Roturua自己家度假。华裔大哥住三楼其中一个房间，读书人四个学位，朝九晚五上班，很爱干净，对一起使用的卫浴有较高卫生标准。总体而言，现室友都很少煮食，每日主动清理厨卫，独立安静。

Q：可以宠物吗？
A：对不起，无烟无宠无Party，请按值班表保持整洁卫生，谢谢。

Q：周围有商场吗？离市中心远吗？
A：步行6分钟有个太平超市，步行15分钟到Countdown，步行15分钟奥大商学院（穿山捷径请搜索google map），步行25分钟Queen St，AUT。

Rent $260 per week. We will provide further discounts if you have ex-landlord’s reference, or if you are applying for long-term rent.

This rent includes water, gas, power and internet (Unlimited Fibre). Room for single only. 6-month fixed term minimum. Available on 16/08/2020.

Lady's room. Furnished with queen-size bed, dressing table, wardrobe, mirror, and study desk.
4.
The closest townhouse to CBD. The room and the kitchen are on different floors. More spacious and private than shoebox apartments / studios. High-ceiling design. Say NO to depression.

About the house (refer to figure): 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. 3x floors in total. 1st floor: garage, laundry, bedroom x1 with private bathroom and backyard; 2nd floor: lounge, kitchen, balcony; 3rd floor: bedroom x2, bathroom x1 (2 people share 1 bathroom)

One of the 3rd floor bedrooms is on rent. Room with windows. Fully furnished. High-ceiling design.
7.
Share bathroom with the other bedroom on 3rd floor. Bathroom cleaned fortnightly in turn.
8.
Full house 3x people maximum. 2x stable existing flatmates: 1x Kiwi lady, psychologist post-grad student; 1x Chinese gentleman, full-time working lawyer/designer. Both in their early 30s. Extremely clean and quiet.
