be patient, my friend.
Infratil (owner of Vodafone) will make an announcement soon, they are eyeing to buy SKY.
Is up to you to believe or not, the chance is very high.
Vodafone NZ name will be changed.
After that, there will be a reverse takeover, vodafone and sky will be merged and listed as a separate entity.
SKY has about 900k subscribers, they are going into streaming and broadband. Recently bought a rugby pass for 5 years, the hurt caused by commerce commission in 2017 was too deep (commerce commission rejected SKY to merge with Vodafone), that investors lost confidence in the shares.
Compare with AIR, SKY is making money and has potential of being taken over. AIR is more of a Zombie company and surviving on Government support.
haha.... fortune favours the bold and not people blindly buy any cheap shares.
Looked at Fisher and pykel before Hier took over. Hier bought about 25% shares through private negotiation (outside market) and launched a takeover negotiation after that. History will repeat itself.
infratil CEO marko and vodafone CEO nz.
