Property Leasing and Inspection Agent

洋人物业管理公司招聘 Leasing and Inspection Agent (contractor base).
You will have flexible working hours and be your own boss. Ideal you will need to locate in central city area, as most of our property under your protofilio are in Mt Eden, Ellerslie, Onehunga etc.

You will be required to carryout routine property inspections, open homes, meeting contractors and other adminstration work. Working hour is based on our business needs, approximately 20 hours each week.

Previous experience within the real estate industry is perfered, however this is not essential (we can provide full training). The most important is your hard working attitude, energy and desire to learn.

Have your own car, computer and mobile phone is necessary for this work.
