A friend of mine got a letter from the police. It's called community justice poenal of shoplift. the police tell her to go to the community to pay for the fine and write the apology letter. she got the email from the community last day, it said when the apology finished they will close the file on their end. and she will not have a criminal record for the offending.I was worry about her. can I ask is there any influence on her immigration apply in the future. should she tell immigration officer on her EOI apply form.
