关于入籍的问题

小弟当前是PR4年了，本来没考虑入籍，只是澳洲的妻弟事业做得比较好，他就自己一个人有些力不从心，也找不到可靠信任的人，想让我们一家过去一起做，相互也有个照应，而且也希望我们的小孩能到城市去，在小镇上真的无法开阔他们的眼界，而且我所在的小镇还是穷毛利为主的，人文环境不是很理想。前几天看了一下政府网站关于入籍的要求，其中第3点
3. You intend to keep living here
You must intend to live in New Zealand once you become a citizen.

If you are planning to travel or live outside NZ
If you know you are going to live in another country, it has to be because you will be:

working overseas for the New Zealand Government
working for an international organisation that the New Zealand Government belongs to, like the United Nations
employed by a person or organisation based in New Zealand.
You will be asked about your travel plans for the next 12 months. If you will be travelling, you might be asked to prove that New Zealand is your home because you:

have a job here
are studying here
own or rent property here
have assets here, like cars or furniture

小弟现在没房，有小生意，但是请人而且自己不打理的话，这生意恐怕难以为继，生意到时只能卖掉或关张。所以请问大家，我如果入籍后想尽快去澳洲，该怎么做比较稳妥，谢谢

你总有写资产吧？比如车？没有房子没关系吧，不是人人都买房子的。

还有如果你要保险，当然是入籍以后再转让你的小生意。这样至少可以证明他们INZ规定的另外一样事情：

我担心的是我拿了护照后马上跑去澳洲，会不会有什么问题

你过于操心了，当你拿了护照以后，新西兰没人管你，你申请护照的时候他们问你有没有travel plan你完全可以说有可能到澳洲亲戚家去一段时间。没必要说的那么死。你说这个都还没最终确定，所谓计划赶不上变化，变动了也可以的。这也不是算你撒谎。


倒是你刚刚拿了新西兰护照去澳洲，不知你是移民或是工签，对方澳洲移民局倒是有可能问你问题。

PS，现在入籍要求什么？是从Resident VISA以后5年，还是PR以后5年？

如果是Resident visa以后5年，这几年都要270+天数吗？还是前两年可以184天，拿到PR以后后面要住够270+

四分之三CUP

过度解读条款了，拿了pr就不干辞职了更多，无需太紧张

新西兰护照 可以直接去澳洲生活 不用申请移民或者工签。

印象中是拿到RV後開始算，五年每年都要在NZ待270天

抱歉，習慣把RV跟PR都統稱PR，已改

Resident visa 和 Permanent Resident Visa 都是可以永久呆在新西兰的。通俗上都叫PR。只有travel condition 有一点不同，而且绝大多数人拿到Resident visa 都是可以顺利转出PR的
