ANZSCO 里面的经验需要是担任该职位后还是相关职位

想请问各位前辈：
替朋友提问的，谢谢。

打个比方 ：

她是business management bachelor degree毕业的，
之前在国内担任过高尔夫球度假村的，housekeeping 部门的 supervisor and senior executive.
然后再纽西兰当了旅游scenic 船上的crew 2年，
现在开始担任 assistant Team Leader,
Hr 给他开的anzsco code 是 Retial Supervisor （level 4）.
找到道理说，再升上去的话就是 Team Leader, 应该算Retial manager.

我想请问，根据anzsco 的列表当中：
UNIT GROUP 1421 RETAIL MANAGERS

RETAIL MANAGERS organise and control the operations of establishments which provide retail services.Indicative Skill Level:
Most occupations in this unit group have a level of skill commensurate with the qualifications and experience outlined below.
In Australia:

AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma (ANZSCO Skill Level 2)

In New Zealand:

NZ Register Diploma (ANZSCO Skill Level 2)

At least three years of relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualifications listed above. In some instances relevant experience and/or on-the-job training may be required in addition to the formal qualification.Registration or licensing may be required.
Tasks Include:

• determining product mix, stock levels and service standards
• formulating and implementing purchasing and marketing policies, and setting prices
• promoting and advertising the establishment's goods and services
• selling goods and services to customers and advising them on product use
• maintaining records of stock levels and financial transactions
• undertaking budgeting for the establishment
• controlling selection, training and supervision of staff
• ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations
  

请问根据我朋友的情况，如果他明年升了Team Leader ,那么他的学历和工作有关系吗？
然后如果没有关系的话，那么那三年是升了Team leader 开始算起，
还是从Crew 开始算起，
在国内的经验能加进去吗？

我觉得你这个问题 已经超出了 中介免费回答的问题范围。

他们都不一定能确定是否。

我觉得你应该问的是移民局  而不是中介。。。

亲，你这个retail manager，里面的job task 写的很清楚，移民局说的是，相关的工作经验，指的是和retail manager 相关的经验，解决货物问题和销售培训问题，那么你之前的工作经验想加分，也得是从事相关货物问题和销售问题，你朋友之前做的是house keeping 我感觉这部分分很难加上，移民局看你加不加分也不是主要看你什么title，也看你干什么，job description，而且你也不能说的那么笼统，应该算，那移民局也可以说你应该不算。他们的工作内容写的很清楚了，你就按照人家的工作内容去衡量你朋友之前的工作内容，如果她也能给出相同的工作内容，并且她经的起查，就是税啊，工资啊，还有电话电掉她之前的雇主和同事能证明她确实是做相关内容的工作，那么之前的工作经验就是可以被加上的。反之，你说大概啊，可能，也许啊，好像啊，那你这个分数移民局就可以说不能加，因为不确定。

title不是最主要的，主要看responsibility做了什么，能跟anzsco列的retial  manager responsibility对的上就好。对不上的话，就算有个Manager title, 移民官也会说“我觉得你的工作只是个supervisor，不是manager”，打回来，以前听说过这样的案例

嗯嗯，我明白您的意思了，因为公司hr不给力，我们只好靠自己杀出一条血路来

谢谢您的回答。我想请问如果要申请，就是他做了manager的duty itask，没manager title也不行，对吗？

問了hr，她說就算升上team leader，
還是個retail supervisor ～ 沒戲了，要另找出了
