有没有人试过在eoi算分的时候在学历加分这块用和工作不同的学历claim的？

比如我用本地大专学历找对口工作
但在申请pr的时候 eoi算分的时候我用另外一个之前更高的学历去claim这个分数 这样可以的吗？
然后我给移民局的可能就会有1个学历 一个是与工作对口的学历 证明skill employment 一个是高的学历作为学历算分这块

不知道这样可以吗 有谁试过吗？谢谢

理论上是可以的，没说加分的学历一定和是工作对口的那个学历吧

应该是不行的。
学历有分数的原因是因为 你运用学历来从事相关技能工作才有了工作分。

所以 你拿高学历去要分 那么你所做的工作就是专业不对口了？
低学历要分。 那么什么好说的 本来就是如此。

高学历或许能替代雅思这个倒是有可能。 合情合理

我在enz看到说这样是可以的的，你工作对口的学历不一定要是申请加分的学历。

不可以。真的不可以。你工作分要和相应的学历对应的。

EOI直到ITA都不需要验证任何材料的。
没记错的话是不行的，如果你这样交了材料AR以后是会被重新打回池子的。工作offer和学历不相关是不能claim学历分的

可以，，但co有可能质疑你的学历和工作不匹配，然后认为你的工作不是skilled，然后decline你。。
看你具体怎么解释了。。。

楼主是有一个学历和工作相关，但是用高的学历去申请学历分数，随缘吧

递交EOI的时候应该可以这样操作！毕竟电脑操作！分给你了！但是Co审查的时候会质疑！

在SM7中有这样的描述：
Note: For the purposes of this provision, 'qualifications' must meet the requirements for recognition set out in SM14.5 (except where SM7.10.3 applies) but are not required to be the same qualification(s) that qualifies for points under the Qualifications part of these instructions (see SM14).

所以不相关的学历是可以申请学历分的。

你的工作职责如果是business management对应的话，你的对应的学历应该是business management，我不了解你的职位的要求，一般是对应的学历或者工作经验，需要满足anzsco里面对应学历的要求或者工作经验要求，你的工作才会认定为skilled。

我的title是 marketing officer，job description 和 anzsco此职位的说明基本吻合，重点是marketing相关，但同时我的工作里有business management+我business的学历是Level 5，可是anzsco里要求level 7。 按您说的，如果学历来对应工作话，就算我工作是skilled但是学历不够也是不行的，是吗？
那么您例举的' 不相关的学历可以申请学历分' 是什么情况呢？

基于这个例子，那是需要对口专业的学历才行的，这个稍微和SM7不一致。

What if my qualification is not relevant to my job offer?

Where ANZSCO indicates that the requirements for an occupation can be met with relevant work experience and/or on the job training then, as long as you can meet this requirement, you may claim points for the qualification which is not relevant to your offer of skilled employment.

The qualification, however, would still need to be recognised as per our list of qualifications exempt from assessment.

Example: The occupation of Brick Layer in ANZSCO indicates that at least three years of relevant work experience may substitute for a formal qualification.

The bricklayer may also have a recognised bachelor degree in English Literature (not relevant to his offer of employment as a bricklayer).

As long as the bricklayer can show satisfactory evidence of three years of work experience, then he or she can claim for the recognised Bachelor Degree.

NOTE: You can claim points for one qualification only.

So if the bricklayer has a relevant recognised trade qualification and a recognised (but irrelevant) Bachelor Degree then the bricklayer can only claim points for the relevant trade qualification.


但是假设按照老的政策有一个例子，新政策基本不会有这个特例了：
A有挖萝卜的本科，一个挖坑的硕士，在新西兰读了一个搬砖的硕士，现在他做搬砖工作，所以他工作对应的学历是搬砖硕士。基于上面的例子，A只能用搬砖的硕士申请分数。 但是英语要求如下：
the qualification had a minimum completion time of at least two years and is at least a bachelor degree or it is a post-graduate qualification and the applicant has an undergraduate qualification that qualifies for points;
所以他不能用搬砖硕士申请学历分，按照说明应该使用挖萝卜的本科申请，但是挖萝卜和挖坑都是搬砖不相关的，他用挖萝卜和挖坑申请都对，也不对。
再参照SM7才能解决，无所谓相关不相关，反正给一个学历分。
SM7的权威应该是高于上面官方的例子的，所以看CO心情。

还想追问个，postgraduate certificate在NZQA是level 7，半年课程，这个可以加50，只是没有full time一年的10分对吧

I called INZ a few days ago and they told me that we can claim points for a qualification that's not related to our work. But I'm still not 100% sure about that. I'll give them a call again later this week.  （from enz）

有人问了移民局，他们说可以，估计要看CO怎么解释，不同的情况不同的CO会有不同的结果。

这个理论上是对的，最终的结果要问有类似情况的老司机

lz可以上anzsco列表里查一下你的职位对应的要求，比如有的skill work需要本科以上学历或者5年的相关工作经验代替学历。
这个点好像错了，lz的高学历应该可以claim学历分，但job offer的分能不能claim还要去anzsco查一下具体是怎么要求的
