诚心寻一名Part time - receiptionist。商业office,主要面对洋人顾客。
Working from Monday to Friday, 20 Hours per week.
In this role, you are required to demonstrate strong administration and time management skills, to provide support to the office receiption.
It is essential that you meet the minimum requirements as following:
·Professional phone manner
·Competent user in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power-Point and Outlook
·Be highly motivated and organised, time management skills are crucial
·Excellent written, verbal and oral communication skills
·Ability to build strong positive working relationships at all levels and work effectively both in a team environment and independently
·Proven ability to manage a number of workload requests according to priorities by not compromising standards and deadlines
Applicants for this position should have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa.
This position might lead to a full time office administrator.
