Have done some calculations (using Barfoot figures)
comparing January 2016 average figures to their peaks, all September, October 2015,
except for South.
Central Suburbs - 7.3%,
Eastern Suburbs - 8.4%,
Franklin - 9.1%,
North Shore - 4.7%,
Pakuranga/Howick - 11.1%
Rodney -.0.2% ,
West -6.3%,
Central Auckland -36.3% (varies alot),
South's previous peak was May 2015 and it has increased by 0.6% since then.
I hope you finds these figures useful.
