medical assessor 要求提供专家报告!求指教!!

爸妈在申请三年多次往返签证, 老爸大半年前做脑膜瘤(良性)切除手术 , 体检报告referred 到medical assesor, 现在回信说要提供专家报告. 请问有没朋友有经验,  这报告找谁做, 要注意些什么? 谢谢!!

Spespecialist to outline details regarding the meningioma surgery and likely risk of recurrence - what follow up or treatment is likely in the next 3-5 years.
