谢谢网友踊跃投票(当天17/05-9:50PM 已有100人投票) 现以169人(其中95人有关)投票为基准:
1)受影响的有34.3%-或占要买卖投资房的61.1%(其中4.2%变买不成了,31.6%的变更急了,25.3%变犹豫了)
2)不受影响的21.9%-或占要买卖投资房的38.9%
可见此政策对Auckland的华人投资者影响还是大的!房市将进入调整期!?
