我写了封投诉信，请问大家，我能收到一个公平的答复吗？
Dear office:
My name is J* H*, my drive license is DQ84****.
On the 2nd of march, I did my forth practical test. And as usual, I failed again.
I didn’t complain about the last three times, cause I know where I was wrong.
However this time, I cant stop complaining it. And I hope you can take it seriously.
Before my complaint, the employee picture of the officer who tested me is followed.
Yes, his name is Ary Van Onselen. He gave me two reasons that lead to my failure. The first is that my rear wheel touched the corner of the give way line. The draft is followed.
This reason is not acceptable! What should I care about when I am turning right from the main road to the street. Of cause the safety! At that time, there is no car waiting after the give way line! So what I should do is to select a great gap to turn into the street ASAP, isn’t it? Who will care about the line! Dear officer, when you meet this situation, does ‘no touching the line of give way’ firstly come up into your mind? I do believe the answer is no! At this situation, everyone only has less than 2 seconds to turn into the street! Who care about thing?!!!No speaking there is no car waiting!!!
Secondly, the officer said I lost control when I was turning from the street into the main road.
Yes, what I admitted is that the car did swag a little. However, that is exactly because my good control, it didn’t crash anything, what’s more, it even didn’t touch the left line and center line!
What does ‘lost control’ mean? It means the car moved without any control! Which is opposite!
My car, yes, is old, so the steering wheel is a little lubricious. But it is definitely under my control!
Besides, the officer said I should drive into the main road slowly because there is no car behind you.
OH MY GOD!!!!!! This is the first time I got this suggestion! The thing I learnt is that when you are turning from street into main road, you should absolutely finish it as soon as possible! Because you cant make your following car be in danger situation. Yes, at that situation, there is no car following. However, there is no one can make sure that there is no car with 50kph just following from my visual block! For my, and the invisible driver’s safety, of course I should finish the turn ASAP! The suggestion which Mr. Ary gave to me will kill me if I take it!! That is horrible! I strongly doubt about the ability of Mr. ARY’s directing how to drive.
Last but not least, I do believe Mr. Ary has racial discrimination. The reasons are followed. Firstly, when we are going to start my test, he said you should keep the speed under 50kph, cause there is no situation to up it. Why?!!!!I am confused! During the whole test, I will drive into motorway if I finish the test in town, I definitely need to up the speed over 50kph!Is his subtest that he will never make me pass it? The only reason I can come up is because I am Chinese! Secondly, the accident about Chinese guys killed a little girl, which I feel very strong, is known by everyone, at the moment, every kiwi thinks that Chinese guys can’t drive! That’s unfair. I have tried my BEST to learn how to drive safely in New Zealand, I deserve more!

今天我跟我的KIWI房东聊这件事，他说因为你是中国人，他们就会挂你，因为他们觉得你们中国人是money maker！我感觉好委屈，我拿的是最低工资，辛苦工作半天才能考一次试。之前我从来没怪过挂我的考官，因为每次我都能学到新的东西，可是这次，我感觉我收到了不公平待遇。
