大家有自己的生意自雇担保父母移民成功的吗？

如果是自己的生意，请问大家办成功了的，除了IRD的PAYE打税记录，是不是还会要求提供生意的财务报表的？谢谢

是的。必须要详细的财务报表，还是过去4年的。
为了办这个，真的是折腾死我了。早知道，就只说自己是员工，报个工资就算了。。。

整个申请，整整拖大半年。直到上个月才批下来。

现在报个工资查得非常严，没那么简单吧。 但如果自己的公司，批得就比较快。

就是因为自己的公司，估计是怕你为了办移民故意给自己多发工资吧。。。

反正我的这个案子把我查得皮都掉了两层 ~~ 要查我过去4年的工资保税记录，外加4年的公司详细财务报表。

整整4年哪。。。

说实话，已经交上了，也就没什么可注意的了。如果说我学会了什么，就是千万不要大意。本来我信心满满，觉得我光手上报税的商业物业租金每年都有十几万，我和我老婆的工资也报了有9万以上，公司盈利也有这个数。任何一个收入来源，都能超过9万的要求，更何况3个加在一起会远远超过其要求。

结果，错了

公司盈利、商业物业的租金，别人都不认可。最后只有拼工资，并且还要过去4年的。因为有句regular，这个regular就很不好理解了。万一租客跑了怎么办？公司万一亏损了怎么办？

当然，可能是自己碰到了一个太认真的官吧。还好，最后还是都过了。


F4.30.1 Sponsor’s income
a.        To meet the gross minimum income requirements:
i.        a sponsor or their partner must earn a minimum of $65,000 per annum; or
ii.        a sponsor and their partner together must earn a minimum of $90,000 per annum.
b.        The gross minimum income requirement referred to in (a) above must be met by personal income that is obtained from one or any combination of:
i.        sustained paid employment; or
ii.        regular self-employment; or
iii.        regular investment income.
c.        The minimum income requirement must be met by personal income. Income earned by another legal entity, such as a business or a trust, cannot be included unless it has been paid directly to the sponsor and/or their partner in the form of wages or drawings.
d.        When assessing whether the income obtained from the source(s) in (b) above is sustained and/or regular, officers may consider, but are not limited to, such factors as the length of employment, terms of employment and the regularity of payments.
e.        The income of a sponsor’s partner may only be considered if the partner has been:
i.        living with the sponsor for a period of at least 12 months in a partnership that is genuine and stable (see F2.10.1), and they meet the requirements for the recognition of a partnership set out at F2.15; and
ii.        a New Zealand residence class visa holders for at least three years immediately preceding the date the application their partner wishes to sponsor is made, or is a New Zealand citizen

这里交的。分EO很快，但查得太严太细。我过去几年的总收入都要给我算算。

哇塞，我现在和你一模一样。也是Minya Zhu。我也是自己生意+没有贷款的出租房屋。。我的生意做了6年。现在也是查啊，打电话发邮件。不停的补材料。。我也是自信满满的，结果现在给我弄的没脾气了。自己知道都符合有什么用。人家要确定以后长期稳定。。而且我还有信托。反正最后一次是圣诞节前律师会计又补充一些材料。不知道怎么样。
