An "unexpected" fibre cut is stopping Vodafone customers from getting through to its call centres.
The fibre cut in Penrose, Auckland, has affected call centres nationwide, Vodafone said.
"Vodafone's mobile, broadband and business customers are currently unable to get through to call centres via its 0800 and 0508 numbers, or by calling 777 and 888," the company said.
"The fibre cut is also impacting customer self-service tools such as MyVodafone.
"Teams are working on a solution at the highest priority and Vodafone sincerely apologises for the inconvenience."
Updates would be provided hourly, Vodafone said.
