you can ask 1or 2 hours free trail ,but not 20 hours ok?  are you asking them to do trail for days ?

Nah, just 4 or 5 hours watch only.
Happen to us before, we paid the staff 30hrs as training, then she found herself is not suitable for the job and she decided to leave, do you think that s fair to the employer?

当年在麦当劳试工，记得是1个小时unpaid的，但送一个combo。

What's the point of you? The staff also paid labor force ,didn't she? Of course you can pay lower than the general salaries, but if they already provided their labor force then you give back them nothing which means you might have problem of your character!

呵呵呵呵 有一些店  说试工五天 一天两个小时  结果试工第二天告诉你  变成一天六个小时  试工五天  
不给钱...................

你可以把所有的工资追讨回来，外加部分赔偿。

我觉得你说的是对的做法
但我不愿意浪费这样的时间，毕竟我干了大约8个小时就说不干了。
我讨工资的这些时间精力，可以在别的工作上赚更多的钱。

但是这样的经验让我吃一堑长一智呀。 ： ）

Just please open your eyes and look carefully. I said the staff came for 30 hours training, FULLY PAID, and she found herself was not suitable for the position then she did not come back (we offered the job)!The training was FULLY PAID!
