Your iPhone 6 Plus has been delayed.

We recently sent you an email to let you know your new iPhone 6 Plus was on a plane. We genuinely thought it was, but it turns out Apple didn’t ship as much stock as planned. We’re waiting for the new shipment to arrive which may take 3 – 4 weeks. That’s not ideal, but since you’re in the queue, you’ll have your iPhone 6 Plus before anyone new – and before they’re available in our Spark stores.

We understand this is frustrating, so if you’re happy to wait, we’ll credit your Spark account with $100 as soon as your new phone is couriered to you.
If you’d rather cancel your order, that’s fine too. Just call 0800 00 55 33 and we’ll sort that out. But before you shop elsewhere, it’s worth checking their delivery times. Don’t forget, iPhone 6 Plus deliveries are taking longer than expected, wherever you buy from.
So chances are you’ll get one just as fast from us. Plus, you’ll get that $100 account credit on your Spark bill.
