don't know where you live. but Unitec ( Auckland)  runs a lot of English courses and there might be one suits you. and they also give advise to you on the future career.  

just want to tell you, if you do all of these by yourself, that is good opportunity for you to practice your English and make progress. have a "can do" attitude and enjoy your English. :)
