父母团聚，有1个满18岁的弟弟。要怎么办？有人办过吗？

想给妈妈办团聚。弟弟今年满18。要怎么办，是不是要证明他够独立？有人有经验吗？

以目前的政策，基本上没有戏 18岁还不能算一个独产成年人。

不符合其中一项，就不是未成年子女了。

不是一句话两句话能说清楚，要想清楚，可以多找几家中介上门洋细的问一下。未成年子女的定义不是指满18岁，是指能独生活，我有问个移民局，要不就是25岁以后，要不是有工作，自已养活自已

这是移民局网站上的，对未成年子女的定义，分年龄段的。任何一项不满足，就不属于未成年子女。

F4.5.5 Definition of 'dependent child'

For the purpose of the Parent Category, and despite the definition in section 4 of the Immigration Act 2009, a child is dependent if they:

• are:
  
  • aged 21 to 24, with no child(ren) of their own; and
  • single; and
  • totally or substantially reliant on their parent(s) for financial support, whether living with them or not; or
    
• are:
  
  • aged 18 to 20, with no child(ren) of their own; and
  • single (see F5.10.15); or
    
• are:
  
  • aged 17 or younger; and
  • single; and

对于成年子女的定义如上。只要不符合未成年子女的定义，就是成年子女了。
