中区three kings library 和city library都有,不用预约,拿着文件和护照过去就行,好像是10点到1点,但还是早点去,以免排队

东区 如果是howick的话。。。

就在那个howick village的information center 星期二和星期四 晚上6-7点。。。

记忆中是这样的。。。

你可以去那个information center问问。。。

那里的老太太会给你JP的时间表的。。。

If you have access to a computer, then you can also go on line to the JP website at http://www.jpfed.org.nz. Click on the 'Find a JP' link and enter your location. Services include witnessing documents, for example passport applications, certifying copies of official documents such as birth certificates and taking statutory declarations such as declaring an intention to change your name. Justice of the Peace services in New Zealand are provided free of charge. Most JP services are administered in JPs' homes and often outside of normal business hours. In order to respect their privacy please contact them by phone to make an appointment at a time that suits both you and the JP. Citizens Advice Bureaux operate a roster of JPs who voluntarily provide JP services at various times. Although no appointment is necessary these times vary and it advisable to contact your local CAB to check availability.

What is a certified copy?
Certified copies are photocopies that have been stamped and endorsed as a true copy of the original. To be certified, the document must:
be certified by an official of the issuing authority or a person authorised by law in your home country or New Zealand to certify documents. In New Zealand this is a Justice of the Peace, a lawyer or a court official.
have the official's signature on each page, with the name and title of the official shown clearly below their signature.
