父母团聚移民T1 材料篇

我是5月的EOI，T1，用家庭收入90k+这项担保，申请父母两人。父母在国内。申请表和新西兰的材料由我填好发回去，他们只负责搜集国内材料的事。7月中旬受到邀请信，email的形式。以下是要求的材料。现阶段还比较粗略，随着进度慢慢完善，在这里更新。红色字体是目前已知的问题，待确认。


材料清单：

1. Your original, signed Parent Category Expression of Interest form (INZ1202). Confirming the information is correct. You will need to confirm that the information you provided in your original Expression of Interest is true and correct. You will need to answer any questions in the form that you previously left unanswered. If you wish to change the information you supplied in your Expression of Interest, you must clearly indicate this in Section O: Additional information when lodging an application. You must sign Section P: Declaration for changes included with your application. You must then submit your application with all the documents requested below.
解读：之前递交的EOI表格1202随邀请信一起下来。需要父母完成Section O & P。协助人也就是我，完成Section Q。如果你的情况没有更新，两分钟搞定。  
Status: DONE

2. Additional Personal Information (INZ1209), aka National Security Check Form.
解读：没有在指南里找到这个表格的信息。关于简历的表格。主副申请人每人填一份。
Status: DONE

3. Completed Parent Category Residence Application form (INZ1206).
解读：这是移民最主要的表格。每个申请人需备2张护照大小照片，规定6个月新其实不要和本人相差太大就OK。
STATUS: DONE

4. Completed Sponsorship form for Residence for applications under the Family Parent Category (INZ1024).
解读：Sponsorship表格。繁衍的需要递交的材料有三项，11 太平绅士签字的护照复印件，13 收入证据，以及14 我和partner关系证据。
STATUS: DONE

5. Original or certified copy of your and your partner’s passport.
解读：父母的护照原件如果近期不用护照。或者原件公证如果父母需要随时用护照的话。
STATUS: DONE

6.  Original or certified copy of your and your partner’s full birth certificate.
解读：父母的出生公证。公证要有英文翻译。
STATUS: DONE

7.  Original police certificates for your and your partner’s country of citizenship and each country you and your partner have lived in for 12 months or more in the last 10 years. For Chinese citizens, you also need to provide a photocopy of the original police clearance certificate letter issued by the local Public Security Bureau. These should be no more than six months old at the time you submit your application.
解读：这里有两样东西。首先，派出所的澄清信，复印件和英文翻译件。其次，在以上文件的基础上，父母的无犯罪记录公证。公证要有英文翻译。说白了就是无犯罪公证带有这个证明信的附件。
STATUS: DONE

8. Completed medical (INZ1007) and chest x-ray (INZ1096) certificates for each applicant. These should be no more than three months old at the time that you submit your application.
解读：常规体检表和X光报告。可以用移民局在线工具搜索父母居住地最近的移民局承认的诊所。http://www.immigration.govt.nz/migrant/stream/work/skilledmigrant/LinkAdministration/ToolboxLinks/paneldoctors.htm?level=1
STATUS: DONE. 老爸的体检报告里有胸片，说是有钙化点需要寄往移民局，需不需要额外检查须移民局做决定。老妈的体检报告一切正常没有胸片。

9.  If your partner is included you must provide evidence of your partnership status. You will need to provide evidence which covers a period of at least the last 12 months and shows that you live at the same address as your partner.
解读：结婚证公证。公证要有英文翻译。
STATUS: DONE

10. Evidence of your relationship to your sponsor.
解读：亲属关系公证。公证要有英文翻译。目标是证明父母与自己的关系，独生子女也要体现在这部分证明里。公证时带上户口，独生子女证等。
STATUS: DONE. 亲属关系公证用的以前做过的。由于都是固定统一格式，亲属关系公证不能证明独生子女这点，所以保险起见，做了独生子女公证。

11. Evidence of your sponsor’s status in New Zealand.
解读：Sponsor的护照页，签证页复印件。太平绅士签字。
STATUS: DONE

12. Evidence you meet the English language requirements or confirmation you intend to pre-purchase ESOL tuition.
解读：承诺在批下来后预付英语课程的费用就行了。缴费是批下来以后的事，怎么弄到时再说。
STATUS: DONE

13.  Evidence of your sponsor’s and responser's partner's combined income.
解读：Sponsor这边的收入证据了。工资单，税单，合同，等。视情况而定，只要能证明收入达标就行，简单明了最好。
STATUS: DONE

14. For item 13 joint income to be acceptable, you will need to provide evidence to show that your sponsor and their partner have been living together in a genuine and stable relationship for at least 12 months.
解读：上面一项的衍生物。证明Sponor和partner的关系稳定。证据可以是结婚证，同居证明，照片，机票，发挥你的想像，只要能充分证明你们是一对就行了。
STATUS: DONE

15. Fees. Application fee of RMB 8320. The application fee can be paid by CNY cash payment (in person only) or via bank transfer to the following account if you are submitting your application by mail. Please note that in addition to the application fee you will need to pay a Facilitation Fee (RMB220) when you lodge your application at the Visa Application Centre VAC.  A courier fee (RMB 50) applies if you want your passport or other documents to be returned to you by courier from the VAC.
解读：当以上材料都准备就绪并都合格了，就到了交钱时刻了。我们是国内上海，所以是8320RMB。新西兰本土是930纽币。上海还有额外回寄邮费每人50RMB。以及220RMB申请服务费。
STATUS: DONE. 一共缴费人民币8590，直接网上转账的。申请表里payment section的选相都没填，只写了个note, 并附上转账记录。后补邮寄费两次，每次50RMB

补充：
1. 材料没有涉及到户口本。
2. 一周后被要求补交父母双方家庭的直系亲属关系公证。但这一项是没有出现在邀请信的材料清单里的。

更新完结。目前的政策可能与我的申请已经有些不同，仅供参考。

6月底approved。8月贴纸。

4月初再次要求补充关于收入证明的材料。
14年2月23日发邮件询问进度，移民官26日回复，再一次让补交材料。理由是sponsor partnership材料非原件，要求提供信件的原件或者公证件。有点意外，一是信件本身都是原件都是一手并且唯一的，二是这事完全可以在审理初期就可以提出的，对于移民局办事效率失望。

特别提醒下后来人， 我的建议。在准备材料的时候。所谓的原件，比如银行对账单，不是银行寄给你的就算是原件了，最好拿去银行盖章签字，才可以作为有法律效力的证据。


10月21号，收到移民官的来信，要求补材料。人在国内，很是烦人。11月11号拖拖拉拉的弄完，寄到上海。值得一提的材料包括：1.父母的关系更多证明，包括同一地址的信件，收据发票，共同财产，邻居街道办居委会的证明信推荐信之类的。
2. 更多担保人的收入材料，包括雇主证明信，过去3年IRD记录，有些移民局认为的非常规收入的证明材料等。
3. 担保人partner的身份证明。

如感兴趣，具体的沟通记录如下
*Please sign at Section P of INZ 1202. I have attached the form with this letter. You are required to send us the copy of INZ 1202 with your signature at Section P.
Comments:
Included are two pages, for Section O,P,Q. Signed.

*More evidence of stable partnership status for you and your partner. we need more evidence to prove that you and your partner are living together in a common residence. The evidence shall cover a period of at least 12 months. This may include, but is not limited to, evidence such as evidence of whether both of you live, joint assets, mail sent to each of you at your residential address etc.
Comments:
Initially I took this wrong as I thought you were asking for more evidence on sponsor(me) and my partner's relationship. That's why I sent you my last email. Apparently I was wrong. Now, we sent you a couple of more supporting documents for this aspect:
1. Recent photos of applicants together for more than 12 months as supporting evidence.
2. Reference letter from the property management company of applicants' current residential property.
3. Reference letter from current neighbours of applicants.

This is sent in a separate courier package and you will received by the Nov 18 deadline.

*Employment confirmation letters from the employer for both sponsor and sponsor’s partner.
Comments: Included.

*IRD Summary of Earnings for the past 3 years from both sponsor and his partner
Comments: Certified copies included.

*Sposnor partner Li Bing’s residence status
Comments: Certified copies included.

*Evidence to show that the investment income from your term deposit is “regular” and “ongoing”. I noted the maturity date for your term deposit is on 04 Nov 2013. Would you please provide evidence that the investment income is regular and sustained. I have attached the relevant policy below for your reference.
Comments:
Certified financial documents from banks included. These include bank statements, term deposit policy details and other supporting documents from bank internal system. To clarify concerns you raised in your last email:
1. Investment income is "regular": Interest has been paid into sponsor's saving account monthly since June 06, 2012.
2. Investment is "on-going": Term deposit has been carried for another 12 month cycle, till Nov 4, 2014.


9月11号-11月1号，回国无法上论坛。没有来得及更新和回答大家的问题，抱歉。


9月2日寄出补办的亲属关系公证。


8月26收到签证中心的电话，又要补邮费。因为护照和一些材料会立刻邮寄退回。之前交的邮费是最后贴纸的回邮。

8月25收到移民局的电子邮件，要求补父母各自家庭亲属关系公证。也就是母亲那边直系亲属关系一份，父亲那边直系亲属关系一份。我们之前只交了父母和我的亲属关系公证。


8月19收到签证中心的电话，要补材料：1，补交回邮费50。回邮是每人50。2，国内中文地址，回邮时需要。3，补交邀请信。以上都已经通过电子邮件方式发送到签证中心。电子邮件在www.newzealandvisachina.com上可以找到。需要说明的是，这些材料在邀请信上都没有清楚的注明，而签证中心是第三方外包公司，负责中转申请的工作。


8月16资料准备完毕，快递出去到上海签证中心。

所有的公证提供都写着you and your partner所以都是主副申请人要提供的。
还有，我记得220rmb应该是外包的 ...

"relationship to your sponsor"所以只是申请人和sponsor之间的亲属关系证明就应该可以了。目前我们是这么准备的

在我的材料单上没有这一项。如果需要，也是其他公证里可能会要求看户口。你要看你的材料清单。

我之前帮父母申请的时候，被要求提供户口本公证（不过是在老政策下面）。

独生子女证应该是不需要提供的。

1.英语能力证明，需要怎么开？不需要提前 支付一个语言学校吗？
2.移民局让补交的 直系亲属公证，除了你与父母的外，还需要提供谁的？父母跟他们的父母的？还有他们的兄弟姐妹？？

我父母准备的资料都从国内给我寄过来了， 他们说寄过来的体检资料不能打开， 是当时体检的那个医院说的， 怕别人篡改， 有这回事吗？

我需要整理他们的资料， 然后一块寄回上海BRANCH啊。

请教楼主一个问题。 我爸爸是我的继父，他有一个收养的女儿，不过离婚判给了她的母亲。
我是我妈妈的唯一子女，不过已经没有了独生子女证。我之前PR都没有把我继父的女儿写进亲属关系。

这种情况，当我给我父母申请的时候该怎么办呢？我是属于T1

谢谢楼主很有用，请问材料中要交父母过去1年的关系证明么如信件什么之类的，爸妈好像没什么信件，国内也不兴联名账户啊....还是只要交上他们的结婚证证明就好了？

1. 你爸妈有雅思，就把证书成绩单给出来。如果没有，就写will attend esol class after arriving in NZ. will pre-purchase the ESOL tuition upon visa approval in principle.

2. 我补交的是父母两边的亲属，他们的爸妈，和兄弟姐妹。所以是两份。你要看清楚你自己的信，看移民官要的是什么。

你看到这个肯定都晚了，就当给后来朋友参考吧

去公证处问下，这个东西应该是很普遍的，因为其他国家移民啊办签证啊经常会用到这个。最好国内找个熟人问问嘛

就是写句话，会在抵达新西兰以后学ESOL课程，会预付学费一旦批下来。不用交任何费用在审理期间。批下来以后再说

回复晚了不好意思。有这回事。结果是密封的。有大的问题医生会告诉你，如果有小问题，你是不晓得的。最终决定权在移民局。

回复晚了抱歉。最好咨询下专家。不确定你继父的女儿会有什么影响，不过如果申请，主申请你妈，付申请你继父，是什么情况就写什么情况了。

据说可以，我没试。。因为感觉这个政策很愚蠢。你每年租金收入100万，但负债500万。如果你凑不齐的话，最后一个选择可以试。不晓得到时候移民官会不会让你补材料，材料麻烦不麻烦。我也想过，如果有天移民局说，哦，你这个不行因为有按揭负债。那我可以说你只是说的income不是家庭纯利润，那是你们制定法规政策的失误，是你们自己的问题。

我是喊补交的，之前就交了个婚姻公证。。你可以加上，共同财产证明，居委会街道办澄清信，合照，水电费电话费网费账单，物业管理开证明信推荐信，很多都可以的。发挥你的想象。。。
