Telecom 是否穷疯啦？ 信用卡扣月费居然停了， 不收信用卡。 好像纽西兰的信用卡不太收欢迎，纽航、华人超市、Council不可以用信用卡付费， 现在Telcom也不可以用了。 麻烦！

看了一下官网，只是说从8月1号起加收1.5%的手续费
