新政策 移民监和医疗的问题。。。

父母在新政策下刚得到居民批准。。。我读了那个小册子，移民监是不是在5年内连续的24个月里每12个月住半年就可以了。。。不管这24个月是开始的2年还是最后两年？？？医疗呢？？5年内可以享受公立免费医疗吗？

Guide to eligibility for publicly funded health and disability services.

Eligibility criteria:

A New Zealand resident who has:

a resident visa, or
a permanent resident visa,
is eligible for publicly funded health and disability services.

This includes people who were granted residency before 29 November 2010, who still hold valid residence permits (these are deemed "residence class visas" along with the two listed above).

Other people, including people who arrived in New Zealand before 2 April 1974 and have been in New Zealand continuously from that date, may also be permanent residents.  They need to contact Immigration New Zealand to get proof of their residence status.

Criteria: B3, Health and Disability Services Eligibility Direction 2011
Choose the option that matches your situation

• New Zealand permanent residents
• New Zealand citizens (including those from the Cook Islands, Niue or Tokelau)
• Australian citizen or permanent resident who has lived, or intends to live, in New Zealand for two years or more
• Work visa holder eligible to be in New Zealand for two years or more
• People aged 17 years or younger, in the care and control of an eligible parent, legal guardian, adopting parent or person applying to be their legal guardian
• Interim visa holders
• New Zealand Aid Programme student receiving Official Development Assistance (ODA) funding
• Commonwealth scholarship students
• Refugees and protected persons, applicants and appeallants for refugee and protection status, and victims of people trafficking offences

新的担保表格中写的很清楚...担保人承担被担保人的未来5年的任何医疗和食宿的费用.

那个担保是说如果需要自费的话你是需要承担的。可是公立医院不需要交钱，所以即便你承担了也不需要交钱。那个eligibility写的很清楚了。
还有就是我看了sponsor from ，上面只说了accomodation，并没有medical。

Sponsor’s undertakings
1. I understand that the sponsorship period is either: (Tick one as appropriate)
five years from my parent’s/grandparent’s/legal guardian’s first day in New Zealand as a resident, or
two years from my sibling or adult child’s first day in New Zealand as a resident.
2.I will provide accommodation in New Zealand for the sponsored person(s) for the duration of the sponsorship period if
necessary, and
3.I will pay for the sponsored person(s) to be repatriated or deported, and all costs associated with their repatriation
or deportation, if necessary*

相关条款字面意思完全正确,你对政策的诠释很全面很透彻. 谢谢 哈哈

5年内不能申请房补等 Work and Income 福利, 可以公费医疗, 最后2年每年住满184天, 5年后可以换IRRV.

借贴问一下，大家知道关于父母入境之后学语言的问题吗？这么大年龄了，给移民局交的学费就一定要学语言吗？还是只交钱就算了呢？

R4.10 Sponsorship undertakings

Sponsorship creates a responsibility for the sponsor to ensure the sponsored person has accommodation, maintenance while in New Zealand, and outward travel.
The undertakings for which a sponsor is responsible, and in relation to which a debt is recoverable from the sponsor, are:
accommodation, meaning suitable accommodation for the sponsored person in New Zealand, where the sponsored person does not have the means for their own accommodation; and
maintenance, meaning the reasonable costs of essential provisions needed for the sponsored person’s health and welfare in New Zealand, where they do not have the means for these. This may include but is not limited to food, clothing and medical treatment where required; and
repatriation, meaning any costs associated with the sponsored person leaving New Zealand at the end of the sponsorship period if the person:
does not have the means for their own repatriation (or refuses to pay for it); or
is liable for deportation.
deportation, meaning any costs that are incurred during the sponsorship period in relation to the sponsored person’s deportation, which could include the costs of locating, detaining and maintaining the person, and their travel costs in being deported.
A visa holder themselves may have the means to fund their own maintenance, accommodation, and outward travel. However, if they do not, or refuse to, the sponsor is required to either provide these themselves directly or pay for the cost of providing them.
