近900的地，应该有city景和小海景？ 90万小贵但也合理啊，老房子推了，分割后，相当于50万一块400多平的有City景和海景的地

cv 500k , sold 900k ---------> i think is incredible.

Another house in bayview Lynn rd, near lynn reserve ( also on you tube) ---------> sold over 700k.
