You are not recorded as the primary registered person of vehicle xxxxx. If you are a joint person, we cannot process your transaction online. If you have recently purchased the vehicle, you need to complete the Notice of Aquisition online, or at a NZ Transport Agency agent.
这是NZ Transport Agency上写的，刚在网上买了新的路税，在改地址的时候不让改，请问大家要怎么办啊？？

去郵局辦理就好了阿。

但是车买的时候都已经办理的过户手续，还要去办什么呢？

填表格，簽字。郵寄出去。

你这还没完成过户吧，先把过户单填好，然后邮寄，等新的ownership
