Base salary vs package salary! Help...

Just got a job offer. They offer the package salary which includes base slary, bonus, insurance and others. The base salary is quite low though.... it is a way to reduce the labour cost? Even though there is bonus in the package, it all depends on the peronal performance and company profit , thus it is not guranteed , am I right?   Normally, with bonus in the package, is there any rise for base salary annually?

大多数公司的做法是说 一年会回顾一次薪水，如果觉得可以涨就涨。但只是回顾而已，不保证涨。

But the annual review for pay rise is the same as Bonus in the package? I think it is different , right?

我还是不怎么看好这个哎如果你说的底薪很低的话。。。。。。。

for some companies the calculation of STI could be quite complicated as depends on various KPIs, but it normally based on certain % of your remuneration, what's yr percentage?

I am not sure yet as I havent got the contract. The Manager just told me roughly about  the base salary and bonus percentage...  I dont even have any chance to negotiate.....

Not really that low  though it is lower than my expectation....The general pacakge is still ok, provided that I can get the bonus annually. And in addtion to that, I wonder I will have a pay rise .... bonus and pay rise of the base salary is not that same for my understanding.

那听起来看ok,还是具体拿到合同看看怎么说的?我们公司这种情况如果合同上有写,每年底薪也是有review的,绝大情况下还是会有增加的
