如题父母拿3年往返年前,请问可以办澳洲旅游签证马?需要什么材料吗?作为银行资金证明,因为她没有账号在这边,用我的可以吗,我担保,是不是就需要亲属关系公证呢,可是这个公证我妈妈没有带过来,请问有没有像我一样的情况帮父母办这种签证呢,谢谢
